PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase adhesion between a solid gather and a skin surface, and prevent leakage of body fluid.SOLUTION: A solid gather G comprises a hollow cross-sectional shaped inner hollow gather Gi having a skin contact surface 10 formed in a flat shape, and a hollow cross-sectional shaped outer hollow gather Go arranged by connecting to the outside of the inner hollow gather Gi and having a circular arc part 11 swelling to a skin side thereby, the skin contact surface 10 tightly adheres to the skin to prevent leakage of body fluid. The outer hollow gather Go plays a role of cushion even when the inner hollow gather Gi falls down to the outside by a body pressure, and is formed in a circular arch shape having no corner part to be a folding base point thereby, the outer hollow gather Go itself hardly collapses, and a force of pushing the inner hollow gather Gi to an original standing shape acts by high resilience and stability so as to prevent the inner hollow gather Gi from collapsing.
