PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevated cultivation device having a simple structure, facilitated in construction, excellent in workability and reduced in initial cost.SOLUTION: The elevated cultivation device 1 is structured so as to support a cultivation tank 3 wrapping culture media 3b with nonwoven fabric 3a between two shafts 2, 2(A) set up in parallel, and fixedly plant seedlings 4 in the cultivation tank to cultivate the seedlings. The device includes: a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 5 supported between the two shafts 2, 2(A) so as to cover the lower part and the upper part of the cultivation tank 3 an air blowing pipe 13 blowing air to the lower space 7 between the lower part of the cultivation tank and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet and a watering tube 10 watering the upper space 8 between the upper part of the cultivation tank and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet.
