PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical appliance allowing suitable improvement of kink resistance in a configuration to utilize a metal tube part in a portion inserted into a living body.SOLUTION: A metal joint ring 42 and a metal reinforcing coil 43 are embedded in a resin layer 41 to form the outer tube part 31. The reinforcing coil 43 is formed in a coil state wherein the axial direction becomes the long direction by making a stainless steel metal wire spirally round, and rigidity of the reinforcing coil 43 is set to be lower than the joint ring 42. The reinforcing coil 43 extends such that a near end part is present in a position of an outer opening 34 and that a remote end part is present on the remote side of the joint ring 42, and is provided over the approximate whole of the outer tube part 31.
