PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique advantageous for correctly monitoring an individual radiation for each of a plurality of regions or places.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: a plurality of pixels which constitute an array and convert a radiation into electric signals a plurality of sensors which include conversion element for converting the radiation into the electric signals and are arranged so as to be dispersed in the array for monitoring the radiation a processing circuit which processes the signals output from the plurality of sensors a plurality of first signal lines for transmitting a signal output from at least one sensor of the plurality of sensors to the processing circuit and a plurality of second signal lines which extend in a direction parallel to the first signal lines in the array, are not directly connected to the plurality of pixels and conversion elements, or connected to at least one of the plurality of pixels and at least one of the plurality of sensors. The processing circuit determines the value of the signal generated in each sensor on the basis of the difference between the value of the signal appearing on the first signal line for the sensor of the plurality of first signal lines and the value of the signal appearing on at least one second signal line of the plurality of second signal lines.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
