The present invention relates to an apparatus for sorting livestock which is installed in a cattle shed to determine the state of growth of livestock and lets the livestock out in the desired direction. The apparatus for sorting livestock includes a skeletal frame (110) which comprises one entrance and two exits； a pivot door (120) which is installed on a side of the exit of the skeletal frame (110) and pivots horizontally according to the weight of the livestock； and a locking door part (130) which is installed on a side of the entrance of the skeletal frame (110) and prevents the livestock that has entered through the entrance of the skeletal frame (110) from going out of the apparatus.
