PURPOSE: A cereal threshing machine is provided to effectively remove the phenomenon of laminating or sticking of stems or dead woods to a sorting net.CONSTITUTION: A cereal threshing machine comprises a threshing chamber(100) in which a sorting net is installed at the lower part, a rotary threshing drum(120) which is installed to be revolve by the motor, a discharging chamber(110) which includes an outlet for grains and an outlet for dead woods, a discharging screw(140) which transfers the grains towards the grain outlet, a blower(150) which blows wind to the outlet, a first eccentric cam(200) combined with a first cam-shaft, a first arm in which one end is combined with a connection bar of the sorting net, and the other end is pivotally connected around the first eccentric cam, a first transmission tool which delivers the torque of the rotation threshing drum, and a second driving tool which delivers the torque of the blower shaft.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 곡물탈곡기에 관한 것으로서, 탈곡처리됨으로써 줄기와 깍지로부터 분리된 콩과 같은 곡물을 선별하여 낙하시키는 선별망에 줄기나 깍지 또는 쭉정이 등이 들러붙는 현상을 회전캠 등과 같은 간단한 구조에 의하여 효과적으로 제거하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명의 곡물탈곡기는, 탈곡실(100)과 회전탈곡드럼(120)과 배출실(110)과 곡물을 이송하는 배출스크류(140)와 그리고, 쭉정이를 배출하도록 상기 배출실에 바람을 송풍하는 송풍기(150)를 구비한다. 상기 회전탈곡드럼(120)의 외주면에는 투입구(101)로부터 투입되는 미탈곡 곡물을 다양한 방향에서 타격할 수 있도록 서로 다른 각도를 갖고 배치된 급치(121)들이 일정한 간격과 열이 유지된 배열로 형성된다. 상기 탈곡실(100)의 하부에 탈곡된 곡물을 선별하여 낙하시키는 선별망(103)이 설치된다. 상기 선별망(103)에는 그 하면에 연결바(105)가 설치된다. 상기 선별망(103)의 하부는 캠축(201)에 결합된 편심캠(200)에 의하여 진동하게 된다. 상기 회전탈곡드럼(120)의 회전력은 제 1 전동수단(210)을 통해 상기 캠축(201)과 상기 송풍기(150)의 송풍기축(152)에 전달된다. 상기 송풍기축(152)의 회전력은 제 2 전동수단(220)에 의해 상기 배출스크류(140)의 스크류축(141)에 전달된다.
