PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment instrument, when a sheath part inserted into a channel is rotationally turned about an axial line, capable of turning a treatment section in a desired direction.SOLUTION: An endoscopic treatment instrument 2 includes a sheath body 11a, a treatment section 30, an operation section body, a torque transmission member 12, a handle 42, and a forceps plug. The torque transmission member 12 has an area attached to a distal end area of the sheath body, between the area and the handle 42, extends in a lumen of the sheath body 11a along a longitudinal axis of the sheath body 11a, and provided rotationally with respect to the sheath body 11a.
