The invention describes a preparation method of apixaban in an amorphous form by means of the method of encapsulation in a porous carrier or of hot-melt extrusion. Apixaban prepared this way either has the form of an amorphous dispersion in a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer, or the form of a solid solution with a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer and can be used for the treatment or prevention of thromboembolic events. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing amorphous apixaban prepared using the encapsulation in a porous carrier and the hot-melt extrusion methods.Linvention concerne un procédé de préparation dapixaban sous une forme amorphe par la méthode de lencapsulation sur support poreux ou par extrusion à chaud. Lapixaban ainsi préparé se présente soit sous forme dune dispersion amorphe au sein dun polymère de qualité pharmaceutique, soit sous forme dune solution solide comprenant un polymère de qualité pharmaceutique, et peut être utilisé pour le traitement ou la prévention dévénements thromboemboliques. Linvention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique contenant lapixaban préparé par les méthodes de lencapsulation sur support poreux et de lextrusion à chaud.
