PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfusion monitoring device capable of reducing feelings of uneasiness and boredom during the transfusion.SOLUTION: The transfusion monitoring device is mounted to a drip tube provided on a transfusion line and monitors a progress state of the transfusion. The transfusion device comprises at least: notification content storage means for storing a notification content dripping detection means for detecting dripping inside the drip tube transfusion amount integration means for accumulating an amount of transfusion actually performed based on the detection of the dripping by the dripping detection means and control means.
