A blood transfusion pressurization and remaining amount detection structure comprises an accommodating unit, a control circuit, an inflation pump, a pressure gauge, a deflation body, a remaining amount detecting unit, and at least one alert unit. The accommodating unit may accommodate a blood bag in a sealed state. The inflation pump, the pressure gauge, the deflation body, a load cell and the alert unit are electrically connected to the control circuit, and the blood bag is combined under the load cell. When the blood bag is used for blood transfusion of a patient, the inflation pump may inflate the accommodating unit and pressurize the blood bag the pressure gauge may monitor the pressure in the accommodating unit the control circuit may control the inflation pump by instructions and, the deflation body may inflate or deflate the accommodating unit, so that the interior of the accommodating unit and the blood bag may reach the predetermined pressurizing range enabling the blood to be successfully and easily transfused into the patients body. The remaining amount detecting unit is used to monitor the variation of the weight of blood bag or the blood level.
