A coffee baking machine comprises a machine table disposed with a control unit, a main body disposed in the machine table, at least one electric heating film disposed outside the main body, and at least two conductive electrodes intervally disposed on the electric heating film. The main body is formed of a circular body centrally provided with a receiving space. As such, heat produced by the electric heating film can be controlled by the control unit. Fresh coffee beans, which are preset in the receiving space of the main body, are circularly entirely heated by the electric film, thereby effectively reducing the baking time, energy consumption and manual operation.
