An eye controlling method applying to an electronic display device is provided. The electronic display device includes a display screen and executes at least one application program. The eye controlling method at least includes the steps listed below. First, activates the eye controlling mode, then an eyes-movement detecting unit captures eyes images and provides eyes-position information. The eyes-position information is received by an analyzing unit, and then the analyzing unit maps the eyes-position information to the display screen and generates analyzing information. Finally, a processing unit receives the analyzing information and provides an eye moving indication accordingly.
