The present invention relates to a massage and care device (1) intended to be applied to a body surface of a user, comprising at least one rotating member (2) projecting at least one rigid pin (5), characterized in that said pin is associated with at least one peripheral damper (6) having an outer surface intended to come into contact with the body surface of application, said damper being elastically deformable between a rest position in which the damper presents a maximum thickness and dampens the pressure of the pin against the body surface of the user to make it substantially imperceptible, and a compressed position in which the damper has a reduced thickness and allows the pin to exert significant pressure on the body surface of application.
