The sensor body section (10) has formed therein a plurality of through holes (40) that penetrate through the sensor body section (10) from a first surface (10a) to a second surface (10b). With the first surface (10a) side of the sensor body section (10) as a body-facing side, a sensor signal corresponding to heat flux passing through the sensor body section (10) from the first surface (10a) toward the second surface (10b) is outputted. The calculation unit calculates the physiological heat quantity emitted from the human body on the basis of the sensor signal.
