Disclosed is a handpiece system for supplying oil to a handpiece by using a dental suction device or for improving the driving force of the handpiece. According to the present invention, the handpiece system using a dental suction device comprises: a handpiece including a head part which has a rotor therein and a body part which generates a driving force to rotate the rotor and has an air supply pipe for supplying air into the head part when the rotor is rotated and an exhaust pipe for discharging the air passed through the head part； a suction unit including a suction pipe and a suction tip； and a connection unit having one end which is connected to the suction pipe or the suction tip and the other end which is connected to the exhaust pipe, and allowing the air in the handpiece to be sucked into the suction unit through the exhaust pipe when the suction unit is operated. According to the present invention, oil is supplied to the inside of the handpiece simply and conveniently without separating the handpiece such that the foreign matter introduced into the head of the handpiece can be easily and conveniently removed and discharged, and the handpiece can be managed. Furthermore, it is not necessary to be acquainted with a complicated management method for the management and maintenance of the handpiece, thereby providing convenience to a user.
