PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormally activated cell removal and retransfusion treatment device for removing abnormally activated cells in blood, particularly abnormally activated leukocytes or leukemic progenitor cells, thereby suppressing or treating the onset of leukemia.SOLUTION: An abnormally activated cell removal and retransfusion treatment device is an abnormally activated leukocyte removal and retransfusion treatment device that removes abnormally activated cells such as leukemia cells in the blood that can be distinguished by accumulation of protoporphyrin IX at a high concentration and comprises: a line for blood collection with a puncture needle for blood collection at one end; a centrifugal separator for separating the leukocyte fraction from the blood delivered by this line for blood collection; a cell sorter which removes abnormally activated cells from the separated leukocyte fraction by cell sorting; a light irradiator that irradiates light of a predetermined wavelength to a normal leukocyte fraction from which abnormally activated cells have been removed; and a retransfusion line for retransfusion of blood consisting of blood components other than white blood cell fraction and normal leukocyte fraction for retransfusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】血液中の異常活性化細胞、特に異常活性化白血球あるいは白血病前駆細胞を除去することにより白血病の発症を抑制または治療するための異常活性化細胞除去環流返血治療装置を提供する。【解決手段】プロトポルフィリンIXを高濃度蓄積させることにより識別可能とした血液中の白血病細胞など異常活性化細胞を除去する異常活性化白血球除去環流返血治療装置であって、一端に採血用の穿刺針を備えた採血用ラインと、この採血用ラインによって送給された血液から白血球分画を分離する遠心分離器と、分離された白血球分画に対してセルソーターによって異常活性化細胞を除去するセルソーターと、異常活性化細胞が除去された正常白血球分画に対して所定波長の光を照射する光照射器と、白血球分画以外の血液成分からなる環流返血液と環流返血用の正常白血球分画とを環流返血する環流返血用ラインとを備えた異常活性化細胞除去環流返血治療装置とする。【選択図】図5
