Disclosed is an assembly of a rod, strap, and clamp. The clamp housing grips around the rod, and may move along the rod. In the clamp, an eccentric cam may rotate around an axis parallel with the rod axis. The strap runs between the cam and the rod. In the clamps open state, the distance between the cam and the rod exceeds the strap thickness, and the strap may pass. In the closed state, this distance is smaller, and the strap is squeezed between cam and rod. This secures the housing and the strap relative to the rod. Loading or pulling the strap on one end tightens the clamp further. The clamp is opened by pulling the other end of the strap, or pushing a resilient handle. Further disclosed is an "iron nurse" using the clamp for repositioning patients with physical limitation.Linvention concerne un ensemble dune tige, dune bande et dune pince.
