Provide mechanisms and methods for monitoring infants more effectively to improve the contents of care and infant development. In one example, the platform receives measurement data from a number of infant monitoring systems corresponding to different infants having different ages and different developmental levels at different locations. Each infant monitoring system includes an infant monitoring device and an infant monitoring hub, respectively. The platform analyzes the measurement data to generate a development model that reflects a range of characteristics corresponding to a large number of infants.
