PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soy bean curd (Tofu) easy to remove from a mold box after semi-solidified Tofu is solidified.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of Tofu including steps of putting the semi-solidified Tofu into the mold box, solidifying it and turning the mold box upside down for removing the Tofu onto a plate further includes a step of placing woven cloth only on a bottom of the mold box before putting the semi-solidified Tofu into the mold box for easily removing the Tofu.
