PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater which is hard to move out of position or peel off even when it is attached to any movable part of the human body.SOLUTION: The heater means 1 comprises a heat generation material 2 like a metal oxidized and generating heat in contact with air, contained in the accommodation part of its accommodator 3 provided with an air-permeable sheet. A fixer 7A is provided at a sheet extending outward from the accommodation part 3 to fix the accommodator 3 to a users skin. An elongation part including a plurality of slits 8 is formed at the fixer 7A. The accommodator 3 has a first layer 10a on a side remote from the users skin and a second layer 10b in the other side near the users skin.
