PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip, even when the tip is removed, preventing leakage of polluted water to the inside of a handpiece, and a dental treatment apparatus.SOLUTION: The tip that is mountable on a handpiece including a vibration source and is insertable into a treatment site is provided. The tip includes: a tip body 31 having a cylindrical part a discharge path 40 formed inside the tip body for injecting unused liquid from a first tank to the treatment site a suction path 50 for discharging the used liquid sucked from the treatment site to the second tank and a wall part 34 formed inside the tip body for delimiting the discharge path and the suction path.
