The present invention relates to a dental glass ionomer cement composition containing: a polycarboxylic acid； water； and a glass powder containing a metal component capable of ionically bonding with a carboxyl group of the polycarboxylic acid in the presence of water, wherein at least a part of the surface of the glass powder is coated with a polymer material. A dental glass ionomer obtained by the present invention can guarantee sufficient operation time, compared with a dental ionomer according to a conventional technique, and also has an advantage of improving initial strength.La présente invention concerne une composition de ciment dentaire à base de verre ionomère contenant : un acide polycarboxylique ； de l'eau ； et une poudre de verre contenant un composant métallique capable de liaison ionique avec un groupe carboxyle de l'acide polycarboxylique en présence d'eau, au moins une partie de la surface de la poudre de verre étant revêtue d'un matériau polymère. Un verre ionomère dentaire obtenu par la présente invention peut garantir un temps de fonctionnement suffisant, par comparaison à un ionomère dentaire selon une technique conventionnelle, et présente également l'avantage d'améliorer la résistance initiale.본 발명은 폴리카르복실산, 물 및 물의 존재 하에서 상기 폴리카르복실산의 카르복실기와 이온결합이 가능한 금속성분을 포함하는 글라스 분말로서, 표면의 적어도 일부가 고분자 재료에 의해 코팅되어 있는 글라스 분말；을 포함하는 치과용 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 얻어지는 치과용 글라스 아이오노머는 종래기술에 따른 치과용 아이오노머보다 충분한 작업시간을 보장 받을 수 있으며, 또한 초기 강도가 개선될 수 있는 장점이 있다.
