The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating atopy pruritus comprising 1 to 5 wt% of Hyssopus Officinalis extracts, 15 to 20 wt% of Squalene extracts and 81 to 83 wt% of electrolyzed reduced water, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufactured composition can significantly reduce pain and stimulation of skin of an atopic patient, especially atopy pruritus.
