PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment capable of operating in such a manner as to fill a continuous operating time, by setting the continuous operating time by an operator.SOLUTION: When the continuous operating time is inputted by the operator, a target value of a change in the remaining amount of a battery with time is calculated on the basis of the continuous operating time and the remaining amount of the built-in battery, which is detected by a remaining amount detection unit (S11) measurement depth and a measurement mode are set by the operator (S12) and it is determined whether or not the target value can be achieved with respect to the set measurement depth and the set measurement mode (S13).
