Provided are a positioning method and apparatus, and a radiation therapy system, relating to the technical field of radiation therapy. The method comprises: an image guide system acquiring a DRR image at a gamma angle to be subjected to therapy, and comparing an IGRT image and the DRR image at the gamma angle to be subjected to therapy, and obtaining, by means of computation, a first offset between a photograph taking point in the DRR image and an imaging point of the image guide system, such that an upper computer can adjust the position of a couch according to the first offset to align the photograph taking point with the imaging point. Since the image referred to by an image guide system when computing a first offset is the DRR image, reconstructed according to a CT image, at a gamma angle to be subjected to therapy, the accuracy of positioning according to the DRR image is relatively high, and thus the effect of radiation therapy can be ensured. In addition, since CT images of an affected part at different gamma angles need not be acquired, an increase in radiation dosage received by a patient can be avoided.L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de positionnement, ainsi qu'un système de radiothérapie, se rapportant au domaine technique de la radiothérapie.
