PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a production time and to facilitate the treatment in a production process by reducing the viscosity of a sugar-coating liquid.SOLUTION: The sugar-coating liquid at least contains 0.5-2.0 mass% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose having 9-12% hydroxypropoxy group content, 19-24% methoxy group content and &le10 mPa s viscosity of 2 mass% aqueous solution at 20°C, 31-45 mass% filler, saccharides and water, and has 1,000-4,500 mPa s viscosity at 60°C.
