The bed includes a rotatable back bottom and a leg bottom. Each one of the mattress shift prevention tools is arranged in the leg bottom, and includes: a longitudinal restriction part for restricting a shift of a mattress in a longitudinal direction of the bed； and a short-side restriction part for restricting a shift of a mattress in a short-side direction of the bed. A length of the longitudinal restriction part in the short-side direction is longer than a length of the short-side restriction part in the longitudinal direction.
