PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which can suppress the lowering of the planting accuracy of seedlings.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter 1 comprises: a machine body 2 having traveling wheels 10 which travel on a farm field a planting rod which is arranged at a rear of the machine body 2, and plants seedlings into the farm field floats 51, 52 which are arranged at a lower part of the machine body 2, and level the surface of the farm field a planting ground leveler 61 and a traveling ground leveler 62. The planting ground leveler 61 is arranged at the floats 51, 52. The planting ground leveler 61 levels points of the surface of the farm field into which the planting rod plants the seedlings.
