The present invention provides a wheelchair which can be easily used by a patient whose one hand cannot be used by controlling driving, braking, and a driving direction by one hand. According to the present invention, the wheelchair comprises: a frame (110) having a seat unit； a drive system (120) installed on the frame； and two drive wheels (180a, 180b) positioned on both sides of the frame. The drive system comprises: a differential gear (130) connected to the two drive wheels； a control stick (150) rotatably positioned on one side of the frame； a power transfer unit (160) to transfer rotation of the control stick to the differential gear (130)； and two brakes (170a, 170b) installed on the two drive wheels.
