PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an alkoxyvinylidene compound capable of efficiently producing an alkoxyvinylidene compound, and a method for producing a pyrazole compound using the alkoxyvinylidene compound. SOLUTION: In the presence of a catalyst containing Ni ion-containing montmorillonite, a compound represented by the formula (1) is reacted with a compound represented by the formula (2), and an alkoxy represented by the formula (3) is reacted.
