The present disclosure pertains to a fixing tool 11 for holding a tubular catheter 1 fixed in relation to the skin of a patient. This catheter fixing tool 11 is equipped with a plate-shaped fixing tool main body 21 and a securing member 41. The plate-shaped fixing tool main body 21 has a retaining part 22, into which is formed a catheter retaining slot 25, and a pair of wing pieces 23. The securing member 41 can be interlocked with fixing tool main body 21 by rotating in a parallel direction to principal surface 29 taking a virtual line perpendicular to principal surface 20 of fixing tool main body 21 as the central axis C1. When securing member 41 is rotationally interlocked with the fixing tool main body, securing member 41 presses retaining part 22 and catheter securing slot 25 is constricted. As a result, the catheter is held fixed by securing member 22.
