The present disclosure pertains to a fixing tool 11 for holding a tubularcatheter 1 fixed inrelation to the skin of a patient. This catheter fixing tool 11 is equippedwith a plate-shapedfixing tool main body 21 and a securing member 41. The plate-shaped fixingtool main body 21has a retaining part 22, into which is formed a catheter retaining slot 25,and a pair of wingpieces 23. The securing member 41 can be interlocked with fixing tool mainbody 21 byrotating in a parallel direction to principal surface 29 taking a virtual lineperpendicular toprincipal surface 20 of fixing tool main body 21 as the central axis C1. Whensecuring member41 is rotationally interlocked with the fixing tool main body, securing member41 pressesretaining part 22 and catheter securing slot 25 is constricted. As a result,the catheter is heldfixed by securing member 22.
