Provided is a target guide system using wearable sensing technology, comprising: a wearable device which detects biometric information to transmit the biometric information to an IoT sensor located in a certain place, and has unique identification information； an IoT sensor group including one or more IoT sensors which have unique location information, and are disposed on a movement path at regular intervals to transmit the biometric information and the location information, which is received from the wearable device, to an external apparatus； a server which stores personal information and health information per unique identification information of the wearable device in a DB, compares information of the DB with the biometric information and the location information in accordance with the wearable unique identification information received through at least one of a mobile communication work and an LPWAN, which is a low power communication network, from the IoT sensors, and transmits corresponding information when an emergency matter occurs； and a mobile terminal which displays information received from the server through an operated exclusive application.
