A femoral artery haemostatic apparatus for emergency aid on the battlefield, comprising a compression body (100) and a compression band (200), the compression band (200) being arranged on the compression body (100), the compression body (100) being a sealed pouch filled with gas, and a haemostatic gauze (400) being arranged on the sealed pouch. When used, the haemostatic gauze (400) is patched over the wound site, and the compression body (100) is bound to the body by means of the compression band (200), the wound site being tightly compressed by means of the gas-filled compression body (100), effectively stopping the bleeding of the wounded person.Linvention concerne un appareil hémostatique pour artère fémorale utilisé comme dispositif daide durgence sur un champ de bataille, ledit dispositif comprenant un corps de compression (100) et une bande de compression (200), la bande de compression (200) étant située sur le corps de compression (100), le corps de compression (100) étant une poche hermétique remplie de gaz, et une gaze hémostatique (400) étant située sur la poche hermétique. Lorsque lappareil est utilisé, la gaze hémostatique (400) est posée sur le site de la plaie et le corps de compression (100) est lié au corps du blessé au moyen de la bande de compression (200), le site de la plaie étant fortement comprimé par le corps de compression (100) rempli de gaz, ce qui arrête efficacement lhémorragie de la personne blessée.
