A portable apparatus for quantifying joint accessory movement is disclosed in the present invention and at least comprises a reference module, a movement module, a sliding module and a displacement sensing module. The reference module comprises a first probe and a first force sensor, and the movement module comprises a second probe and a second force sensor. The sliding module is disposed between the reference module and the movement module to allow the movement module to slide with respect to the reference module. When a subject is under a test, the first probe is against one of the two bones of a joint and the second probe is against the other one at first. And then, when a first force and a second force are applied, respectively, on the reference module and the movement module, the first force sensor and the second force sensor are used to sense the first force and the second force, respectively.
