The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for antioxidation, wrinkle amelioration, and skin-whitening, containing fermented coptis root-containing detox soup which is fermented by Leuconostoc mesenteroides GFC 160704 strain (access number: KCTC18474P) as an active ingredient. The fermented coptis root-containing detox soup provided in the present invention contains 2-3 times greater amounts of berberine compared to unfermented coptis root-containing detox soup, removes active oxygen in skin, and promotes collagen biosynthesis through activation of skin cells. Owing to outstanding inhibitory functions on melanin production, the fermented coptis root-containing detox soup can be applied as cosmetic compositions for antioxidation, wrinkle amelioration, and skin-whitening.본 발명은 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스(Leuconostoc mesenteroides) GFC 160704 균주(수탁번호: KCTC18474P)로 발효된 황련해독탕 발효물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화, 주름개선 및 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명으로부터 제공되는 황련해독탕 발효물은 발효 전 황련해독탕 대비 베르베린(Berberine) 함량이 2~3배 증대되어, 피부 내 활성 산소를 제거하고 피부세포의 활성을 촉진시켜 콜라겐 생합성을 증진시키며, 멜라닌 생성 억제능이 우수하기 때문에, 항산화, 주름개선 및 미백용 화장료 조성물로 활용 가능하다.
