PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset implement enabling easy lock-releasing operation and locking operation of a working part and scarcely causing missing trouble of these operations.SOLUTION: A levee plastering machine 1 is provided with a locking mechanism 50 rotatably attached to a rear supporting frame 21 and having a fixing member 53 to fix a hook part 51 and lock a working part 40 at a working position when the hook part 51 and the working part 40 are moved to an offset working position, a lock releasing operation lever 57 which is rotatably attached to the working part 40 and turns the hook part 51 according to the rotating operation to release the hook part 51 fixed to the fixing member 53, and a lever rotation restricting member 63 to restrict the rotation of the lock releasing operation lever 57 after releasing the hook part 51 fixed to the fixing member 53, and rotate the working part 40 coupled with the rotating operation of the lock releasing operation lever 57 integrated with the working part 40.
