FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biosynthesis of a protein product obtained by culturing microorganisms, particularly yeast, on a nutrient medium obtained from associated petroleum gas. Nutrient medium is obtained from associated petroleum gas, which is purified with production of process gas, process gas obtained after purification is divided into two streams, from which the first stream is used to produce carbon-containing component of nutrient medium, and second flow is to obtain nitrogen-containing component. Carbon-containing component of the nutrient medium is obtained in the form of a mixture of methanol, dimethyl ether, higher alcohols and other organic compounds, as well as water, and the nitrogen-containing component of the nutrient medium is obtained in form of an aqueous solution of ammonia. Then water is dissolved in carbon-containing and nitrogen-containing components, mineral salts, which are sources of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and calcium, as well as a component which is a source of nutrient medium growth properties, a strain of microorganisms (yeast) is introduced and cultured on the obtained nutrient medium to produce an end product – yeast biomass, after which the obtained biomass of yeast is concentrated, granulated and dried.EFFECT: invention allows to simplify technology of nutrient medium production and increase efficiency of cultivated microorganisms.15 cl, 3 tbl, 1 exИзобретение относится к области биотехнологии.
