An object of the invention is to provide an electrical apparatus capable of inhibiting noise radiation resulting from an exposed member exposed from a housing. The electrical apparatus comprises a motor (20), a housing (12) receiving an electrical line through which electrical power is supplied to the motor (20), conductive exposed members (37, 38) which are arranged partially outside the housing (12) and are mechanically connected to an output shaft (21) of the motor (20), and ferrite cores (51, 52). The ferrite cores (51,52) are arranged to not touch an intermediate portion of the exposed members extending from the motor (20) to the exposed ends of the exposed members (37,38). The ferrite cores (51, 52) are arranged in the vicinity of the intermediate portion.
