The invention relates to an equipment meant for resuscitation of patients under severe hypothermia condition, using the method of intraperitoneal heating, by instillation and aspiration of a solution heated to a temperature 5°C higher then the internal temperature of the patient. According to the invention, the equipment comprises a sterile tank (1) provided with a lid and two nozzles wherein there are introduced 3...5 l of sterile solution heated by means of an electrical thermal resistor (2) controlled by an electronic thermostat (3), the solution being sucked from the tank (1) by means of a hose (5) passing through the rotor of an instillation electric pump (6) with rollers, the other end of the hose (5) being connected to a catheter (7) introduced into the upper part of the patients peritoneum (15), the heating solution instilled into the patients peritoneum being sucked by another catheter (8) connected to another hose (9) passed through the rotor of an aspiration electric pump (10) and further connected to the free nozzle of the tank (1), during the patents resuscitation, the following parameters being processed and monitored: the instilled and sucked reheating solution flow rate controlled by some flowrate controllers (11 and 12) which control the two electric pumps (6 and 10), the temperature of the reheating solution measured by means of a probe (14) introduced into the tank (1) and the patients internal temperature measured by another intrarectally-placed temperature probe (13), the two temperature values being compared by a temperature comparator (16) and being continuously displayed by a monitor (4), as well as the duration of the resuscitation procedure which is measured by an electronic timepiece (18), the entire so obtained assembly being power supplied by an electronic block (17) which also has the role of protecting the patient against dangerous voltages.Invenţia se referă la un echipament destinat resuscitării pacienţilor aflaţi în stare de hipoter
