The present disclosure is related to a novel preparation based on siderophores with macro and microelements for the assimilation of nutrients in plants, the method for obtaining the same and formulation more specifically, the present invention is related to a method of producing total siderophores, the same is constituted of at least one or several microorganisms promoting plant growth of the following genus: Pantoea sp., Herbaspirillum sp., Pseudomonas sp., Burkholderia sp., Azospirillum sp., but more specifically, of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and its strain Bk-Ba-01, using a liquid synthetic culture medium for the production of microbial siderophores, comprising, alone or in a mixture, the following components: sulfates, phosphates, and dicarboxylic acids. The production method of the present invention comprises three different scaling stages and the extraction of total siderophores for its formulation that can contain alone or in mixture, with one of the sources where the following elements are: molybdenum (Mo), zinc (Zn), boron (Bo), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), magnesium (Mg), potassium (K), nitrogen (N) and silicon (Si).
