The present disclosure is related to a novel preparation based on siderophores with macro and microelements for the assimilation of nutrients in plants, the method for obtaining the same and formulation more specifically, the present invention is related to a method of producing total siderophores, the same is constituted of at least one or several microorganisms promoting plant growth of the following genus: Pantoea sp., Herbaspirillum sp., Pseudomonas sp., Burkholderia sp., Azospirillum sp., but more specifically, of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and its strain Bk-Ba-01, using a liquid synthetic culture medium for the production of microbial siderophores, comprising, alone or in a mixture, the following components: sulfates, phosphates, and dicarboxylic acids. The production method of the present invention comprises three different scaling stages and the extraction of total siderophores for its formulation that can contain alone or in mixture, with one of the sources where the following elements are: molybdenum (Mo), zinc (Zn), boron (Bo), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), magnesium (Mg), potassium (K), nitrogen (N) and silicon (Si). The preparation based on microbial siderophores, has the capacity to stimulate the vegetative development of corn and sorghum plants helping the assimilation/absorption of nutrients improving the yield and the quality of the crops.La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo preparado a base de sideróforos con macro y microelementos para la asimilación de nutrientes en plantas, su modo de obtención y formulación, mas específicamente la presente invención se relaciona con un método de producción de sideróforos totales, se constituye de al menos uno o varios microorganismos promotores del crecimiento vegetal del género: Pantoea sp., Herbaspirillum sp., Pseudomonas sp., Burkholderia sp., Azospirillum sp. y más específicamente de Bacillus amyloliquefaciens cepa Bk-Ba-01, utilizando un medio de cultivo sinté
