PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image display that enables an operator to input an instruction on operation without touching an input device.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises: a recognition part that recognizes an operators index finger F in an image of a console 12 and a specification part that specifies an input device 7 out of multiple input devices 7, which is operated by the operators index finger F recognized in the image by the recognition part, on the basis of the image of the console 12.
