PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical bed device capable of securing safety and provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of reproducing the position of a top plate with a high degree of precision.SOLUTION: A medical bed device and an X-ray CT apparatus include a bed body, a top plate, top plate transfer means, an intermediate member, intermediate transfer means, and control means. The top plate is mounted with an object to be examined. The top plate transfer means transfers the top plate in a reciprocating manner in a body axial direction with respect to the bed body. The intermediate member is arranged between the bed body and the top plate so as to be transferred in the body axial direction of the object to be examined. The intermediate transfer means transfers the top plate with respect to the bed body by transferring the intermediate member in the body axial direction with respect to the bed body or the top plate. The control means corrects the position of the top plate transferred by the top plate transfer means by controlling the intermediate transfer means.
