The present invention relates to a measuring instrument of inserting length of a needle for a robotic intervention treatment system, and more specifically, to a measuring instrument of inserting length of a needle for an image-guided intervention robotic system, which comprises a pair of gripping means gripping and ascending the needle and provided respectively on an upper portion and a lower portion. The measuring instrument comprises: an elastic reel installed on the robotic intervention system at a predetermined distance away from the needle and having rotational elasticity； a wire wound on the reel and provided to measure the length； a connection means coupled to an upper end of the needle to connect the same with the wire to measure the length； and a rotation angle measuring device attached to the elastic reel. The present invention has an effect of measuring the inserting length of the needle accurately and constantly even when the length of the needle ascending and inserted by the needle gripping means differs depending on the body condition.본 발명은 영상유도 중재시술 로봇의 바늘 삽입길이 측정기구에 관한 것으로서, 바늘을 삽입하기 위해 상기 바늘을 잡아 승강시키는 상부 및 하부의 한 쌍의 그랍수단을 각각 포함하는 영상유도 중재시술 로봇의 바늘 삽입길이 측정기구에 있어서, 상기 바늘과 일정거리 떨어져 중재시술 로봇에 설치되며 회전탄성력을 갖도록 한 탄성 릴； 상기 릴에 감겨있는 길이측정용 줄； 상기 바늘의 상단에 결합되어 릴의 길이측정용 줄과 연결하는 연결수단； 및 상기 탄성 릴에 부착된 회전각도 측정장치를 포함하여 구성되며, 바늘 그랍수단에 의해 상기 바늘을 승강시켜 삽입할 때 인체조건에 따라 바늘의 삽입길이가 달라져도 항상 정확한 바늘의 삽입길이를 측정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
