PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation aiding apparatus which introduces an HIFU probe to an exact position, allows treatment to synchronize with bioinformation, and uses a color Doppler image, an elastography image, and an MRI image to provide an operator with image information about the boundary of a tissue which can not be distinguished visually or on an image, thereby to provide highly accurate treatment technology.

SOLUTION: The operation aiding apparatus includes an MRI device, an operation tool position detector using a 3D-position detector, an ultrasonic device capable of photographing within the MRI device, an treatment device for necrotizing a lesion in a living body via a needle boring into the living body, and an image processing function for 3D-reconstructing a 3D-volume image. The apparatus synchronizes with bioinformation to take a 3D-photograph, then extracts a specific region, takes an ultrasonic refractive index of the living body into consideration to introduce an HIFU probe to the right position, takes photographs alternately by the MRI device and the ultrasonic device to provide an operator with images of pre- and post-treatment, processes the images to calculate automatically and provide the operator determining information about the necessity of an additional treatment, and feedbacks to the treatment device to control the progress of the treatment.
