PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nose plug capable of reducing breathlessness without the risk of leaving a part thereof inside a nasal cavity when detaching it from the nose, regarding a nose plug for suppressing suction of foreign matters in the air.SOLUTION: The nose plug includes a pair of insertion parts 2 to be inserted into right and left nasal cavities, and the pair of insertion parts 2 are integrally connected through a connection part 3.
