PURPOSE: A feed composition using livestock manure, and a producing method thereof are provided to mix rice bran and rice hull with the livestock manure for fermenting. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a feed composition using livestock manure comprises the following steps: mixing 15 parts of livestock manure mixture by weight, 20 parts of rice bran by weight, 25 parts of water by weight, 2-3 parts of molasse or black sugar by weight, 2 parts of sulfur by weight without heavy metals, 2 parts of yeast by weight, and 10 parts of corn flour by weight, and heating the mixture at 65-85 deg C(S120)； adding 2 parts of another additive by weight selected from an enzyme agent or a complex vitamin agent(S130,S140)； and adding 3 parts of waste oyster shell powder by weight, 2 parts of fish meal by weight, and 2 parts of additive by weight selected from yellow soil, biotite, or elvan into the mixture for fermenting(S150).본 발명은 가축분에 왕겨와 미강을 혼합하여 발효시킴으로써, 가축에게는 고단백 영양분을 제공하고 가축분의 처리 문제를 해결하며 악취의 발생을 줄일 수 있는 사료조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 발명이다.본 발명은 왕겨 35중량부에 대하여 우분 및 계분 및 돈분 중 선택된 하나 이상의 가축분 혼합물 15중량부, 미강 20중량부, 물 25중량부, 당밀 또는 흑설탕 2~3중량부, 중금속이 제거된 유황 2중량부, 효모제 2중량부가 혼합되어 상기와 같은 목적의 구현이 가능하다.본 발명은 가축분을 발효시켜 사료를 제조함으로써 가축분을 효율적으로 처리하고, 양질의 사료를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
