PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid without a defect such as a void and a gap inside X-ray absorption parts.SOLUTION: X-ray absorption parts 24 are formed by filling the inside of grooves 27a provided in an X-ray transmissive substrate 27 composing an X-ray transmission part 25 with an X-ray absorber made of a metal having a melting point lower than a temperature at which a grid structure composed of the X-ray absorption parts 24 and the X-ray transmission part 25 may be deformed.
