Disclosed is an X-ray imaging device which can provide an accurate and intuitive X-ray image of a desired part of a subject to be captured by means of a narrow-width sensor and low-dose X-ray exposure. An X-ray imaging device, according to the present invention, comprises: a generator unit and a sensor unit which face each other while having an area to be captured therebetween; a gantry for rotating the generator unit and the sensor unit, which are facing each other, about a rotating axis between the generator unit and the sensor unit; one or more sensors, provided on the sensor unit, for detecting an X-ray; a sensor operating unit, provided on the sensor unit, for moving the sensors to the direction of the rotation trajectory or the tangent line of the rotation trajectory of the sensor unit during the rotation of the generator unit and the sensor unit about the rotating axis; and an image processing apparatus for producing a 3D X-ray image of the entire area of the area to be captured by means of the detection result of the sensor.
