PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that bromhexine hydrochloride, though it is a widely employed component as an expectorant, is decomposed during preservation when caused to be in the coexistence with a certain compound (polyethylene glycol, noscapine, a salt thereof, or the like) and causes deterioration in its efficacy, its commodity values, or the like, and the problem that conventionally known techniques for stabilizing bromhexine hydrochloride have a defect that they set limits to prescriptions at the time of actual production and other defects, and so to obtain a solid preparation where bromhexine hydrochloride can be stably incorporated even though bromhexine hydrochloride and polyethylene glycol or noscapine are simultaneously compounded.SOLUTION: This solid preparation comprises (1) bromhexine hydrochloride, (2) one or two selected from polyethylene glycol and noscapine and (3) at least one selected from among amino acids and peptides.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】 塩酸ブロムヘキシンは去痰薬として広く使われている成分である。しかし、塩酸ブロムヘキシンはある種の化合物(ポリエチレングリコール、ノスカピンまたはその塩など)と共存させると保存中に分解するため、効力の低下、商品価値の低下などにつながっていた。従来知られた塩酸ブロムヘキシンを安定化する技術は、製品とする際の処方が限定されるなどの欠点があることから、より簡便な方法が求められていた。本発明は、塩酸ブロムヘキシンとポリエチレングリコールまたはノスカピンを同時配合しても塩酸ブロムヘキシンを安定に配合した固形製剤を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】 (1)塩酸ブロムヘキシン、(2)ポリエチレングリコールおよびノスカピンから選ばれる1種または2種、ならびに(3)アミノ酸およびペプチドから選ばれる少なくとも1種、を配合したことを特徴とする固形製剤。【選択図】 なし
